ComLine ensures delivery capability and accessibility

Dear ComLine partner,

Due to the dynamic developments regarding the Corona COVID-19 issue, ComLine has switched to "preventive mode" as a precaution, on the 16th of March 2020. Our aim is to ensure a largely undisturbed workflow for customers and suppliers for as long as possible.

To this end, ComLine has equipped all employees in management, accounting, marketing and IT, all business units and their purchasing, sales and product management departments with home office workplaces. In this way, all ComLine contact persons for customers, suppliers and other business partners can be reached in every situation by telephone or eMail and can continue to optimally perform their functions from home.

With immediate effect, the logistics department will work in alternating shifts. Due to the reduced team size, we have included Saturday in the shift plan in order to promptly process any overhangs from the week. This also significantly reduces the risk of breakdowns and optimally ensures a continuous flow of goods.

Should there be delays in some areas in the near future due to these changes, we ask for your understanding, as this mode is also a first for us. We are convinced that with this setup we have found the best compromise formula for both you and for us in terms of accessibility, delivery capability, performance and risk assessment.
