Corel and ComLine announce cooperation

With ComLine, Corel has gained a renowned business partner for its creative products, and following its take-over of Parallels, is strengthening its close cooperation with specialist dealers.

Software firm Corel Corporation and ComLine, multi-award-winning IT distributor, have agreed a comprehensive cooperation: ComLine is its new distributor in the DACH region, where it will increasingly push Corel’s graphic and creative product lines. Corel has also recently taken over Parallels, whereby ComLine has already had Parallels’ software products in its portfolio for many years.

„We have respected Corel’s products and business model for many years, and we are delighted to be able to expand our portfolio with these products that are so popular with creative minds. The current generation of Corel’s graphic products such as CorelDRAW Graphics Suite and Corel Painter distinguish themselves through their enormous scope of performance, intuitive handling and unique tools, which make daily work significantly easier. Corel’s powerful programmes and programme packages come right on cue for businesses where time saved means real money. The diverse licensing options enable us to put together individual, bespoke offers for our customers.“
Andreas Christensen, Head of Business Unit Software & Microsoft at ComLine
„Corel continues to focus on fair and long-term cooperation with qualified specialist dealers. In ComLine we are pleased to have found another, successful and customer-oriented distributor as competent partner for resellers.“
Rainer Artelt, Sales Director EMEA at Corel

To ensure the best possible support for dealers, ComLine will for example soon be offering its own specially designed webinars as sales support. As a distributor, ComLine is also especially successful with products and solutions for graphic designers and other creative users.

Corel is famous for its leading graphic and business application programmes such as CorelDRAW Graphics Suite, Corel PaintShop Pro and Pinnacle Studio. Corel’s business model consciously renounces “compulsory subscriptions” and continues to strongly rely on specialist dealers. Corel recently extended its product portfolio with the take-over of Parallels, a world market leader in cross-platform solutions – known for its bestseller Parallels Desktop, a programme that makes it possible to run Windows on a Mac.
